Now, I haven't WATCHED Sonic.EXE, but I've seen the creepy pic, and this is just...really REALLY good.

The expression and eyes are just so amazing. Especially the eyes. They have a creepy atmosphere to them.
I think all the dark colors really shows the eeriness the pic is trying to show. (Which is amazing with the fact there isn't even much blood in it, cause a lot of "creepy" pics use too much blood) And I love how you can see the glowing highlights of the eyes.

I honestly see nothing wrong with this drawing. It's just a perfect picture~
